Payments.

Payments will be Via PayPal and goods sent after the payment is cleared through PayPal and into our account.

Returns Policy.

If an order is dispatched by a courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is damaged or faulty. A return claim must be filed with Lee’s Dragonfruit Plantation with in 7 days from the date of dispatched of the goods.

The following options will then be made available :

1. A replacement will be sent if possible, subject to availability.
2. A credit will be offered if replacement is not available to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment via PayPal credit.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND, SO PLEASE CHOSE CAREFULLY.

EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Shipping.

We can send orders to QLD,VICTORIA, NEW SOUTH WALES, ACT AND SOUTH AUSTRALIA.

We ship all products by Australia Post, unless otherwise directed. This usually take between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

Cost of bulk orders will need to be quoted on, agreed to and payed for prior to shipping.

We normally ship our products within 3 to 5 business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within to 3 to 5 business day, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch day.

Public holidays.

If your order was meant to be sent in a week that has a public holiday, it maybe delayed until the following week.

Please check your delivery address carefully when entered on our website, as we will not be responsible for deliveries to a incorrect address. The customer will be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
